The Footprint register shows the list of Italian hospital departments that have completed (with at least 70 percent of the staff) the Memory Box training course, which is offered free of charge by CiaoLapo on our online education platform.
In its first two years of availability, the course was completed by more than 3,000 perinatal health professionals, who obtained a certification valid for 3 years.
Only those departments that have completed the Memory Box pathway with at least 70% of the staff (considering all staff who interface meaningfully with women and partners) are enrolled in the registry; if your department is among them, the contact person can report this to us with this form, and the department will be entered into the registry as soon as possible.
Memory boxes must be requested from the donation portal, only AFTER the department has been entered into the registry (you need the registration number you will find on this page)
In summary, the path to receive CiaoLapo memory boxes is as follows:
- Pass the online course with 70% of the staff
- Report with the appropriate form that the goal has been achieved
- Apply for memory boxes in the donation portal
